We at Pasqua Building Inspections, Inc. are seasoned, veteran experts who specialize in residential and light commercial inspections. We're members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) which is the largest and most recognized inspection organization in the industry.

We cover the Florida counties of Broward, Dade, and Southern Palm Beach. Our principal, Scott Pasqua, was a top producer with the largest employee based inspection company in the US for seven years, and he has inspected more than 15,000 + properties since entering the industry. He was in the home building industry for over 12 years doing general contracting and extensive remodeling prior to becoming a full time home inspector which he has been doing since 1998. Scott is also a Certified Pest Control Operator and Certified Mold Assessor. He is a firm believer in continued education, assuring you he is continuing to improve his knowledge, which in turn provides you with the most technical and accurate report in the industry.

At Pasqua Building Inspections, we have a genuine interest in your safety and well-being. From top to bottom, we inspect the property for any existing or potential safety hazards that may exist, and report on them in a clear format. We also check for problems with the structural integrity of the property. For additional fees, we offer inspections of pools/spas and environmental testing, including seawall, lead-based paint, septic, mold, termites, and radon.

Committed to consumer education, we urge you to be present at the inspection, a valuable educational experience during which you can ask questions on the spot and better understand our report. We offer maintenance tips, and share knowledge of the property that gives you control, confidence, and peace of mind about your decision and negotiations. Whether you are buying or selling, knowing the condition of the property guarantees a fair, smooth transaction, especially with today's current high cost of real estate.

Our advice does not end with the inspection; you are welcome to call us anytime regarding your inspection report or  your home in general. We  understand that buying or selling a property is one of the largest financial and emotional investments that you can make.
Our user-friendly reports are computer-generated, with digital photography, a detailed roof diagram (when applicable), and a summary page with estimated repair costs. Additionally, problem areas are highlighted throughout the report. Very detailed and thorough, they are provided on-site or by e-mail within 24 hours. The report will tell you exactly what to expect in both interior and exterior maintenance before you buy or sell, to avoid unpleasant surprises.

We request at least 24 to 48 hours' advance notice to schedule an inspection, but we will try to accommodate emergencies.
